The Greek gastronomy has it's own personal touch, and doesn't vary too much from Spanish cuisine as it is a balanced diet and a mediterrenean one. Olive oil, fish, meats and vegetables are the main ingredients.

Dishes like Moussaka and kebabs are typical dishes in Greece, each one condimented with a sauce made out of eggs, fish and olive oil along with other ingredients called Taramasalata. Each town with a fishermen tradition enjoys fresh fish and seafood, and it is the most exquisite of dishes. These foods are served in the best restaurants. We are amongst a country with over 2000 islands and 3 seas with a history that has strong ties to the sea. Of course in each greek table you'll find a delicious salad and appetizers.

However Greece is also very cosmopolitan and also has many different restaurants from all over the world; italian, muslim lamb, french cheeses, mexican chilli, japanese sushi and much much more!
